Minding the Menopause
During the perimenopausal years, women go through a new stage of psychological, social and physical development, which is driven by a sequence of hormonal changes and can be quite debilitating. The workshops will offer a space to think about how to integrate psychological and physical menopausal experiences in a friendly environment. The workshops we will also explore/deliver nutrition and exercise sessions. More information will be available in the New Year.
